I am an educator and organizational leader specializing in adult learning theories and applied learning sciences. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director for Staff Training and Development at the Colorado Department of Corrections, where I focus on implementing comprehensive, system-wide employee development programs. In addition to my administrative work, I am an Adjunct Instructor at Pikes Peak State College, teaching courses on business and legal environments.
