I am an educator and organizational leader specializing in adult learning theories and applied learning sciences. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director for Staff Training and Development at the Colorado Department of Corrections, where I focus on implementing comprehensive, system-wide employee development programs. In addition to my administrative work, I am an Adjunct Instructor at Pikes Peak State College and at Manhattan University, teaching courses on business and organizational learning.
My approach to education and training is heavily rooted in frameworks like the ADDIE model and systems thinking, ensuring that curriculum design is not only engaging but strategically aligned with organizational goals. I have also designed and instructed online undergraduate and graduate courses, focusing on shaping learning organizations and mentoring future leaders.
